Adewale Michael Adeyemo

Adewale Michael Adeyemo is a legal practitioner at First Bethel Solicitors with a professional background spanning law, banking and finance, stockbroking, auditing, business development and real estate.

He began his career in the financial sector, gaining practical experience in banking before moving into stockbroking. He later served as a Business Development Officer with Global Fleet Oil and Gas. These roles gave him first-hand insight into financial transactions, investment activity, commercial operations and business development.

Adewale returned to the University of Ibadan in 2018 to study law, graduating with Second Class Honours (Upper Division), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in July 2026.

His combined experience in banking, stockbroking and legal practice gives him a broad commercial perspective when advising on commercial transactions, corporate compliance, real estate and property matters, conveyancing, asset management and dispute resolution. He is particularly interested in the intersection of law, finance and business, where he can weigh both the legal implications and the commercial realities of a client's position.

He is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

Outside work, he enjoys farming, travelling and swimming.
